Japan's Conspiracy (120)

Minister as a Parody of a Samurai Lord

I don't know why, but recent parodies and puns are a little extreme.

Taro Aso was chosen as President of the Liberal Democratic Party on September 22, 2008.

Today's Japan is something of an anything-goes world. Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda suddenly resigned and the LDP presidential election was held with much hoopla. The election actually represented the Japanese double standard politics. On the one hand the election was contested by the most candidates after the War, the reality was that the election was just a fixed game and full of collusion. Aso was elected president of the LDP according to schedule. But the schedule was not only his election but also the date when he was elected. September 22 is the birthday of his grandfather, former prime minister Shigeru Yoshida. Okubo Toshimichi, one of the main founders of modern Japan, is Aso's great-great-grandfather.

Prime Minister Taro Aso
I watched his inauguration speech in the TV news. But when I read his speech on the LDP's related site for confirmation, I was surprised. In the speech copy on the page, the birthday of Aso's grandfather was mistyped as September 27. It wasn't just a mistype but an intentional error. The writer probably thought that the coincidence would cause much controversy. Nowadays, information in Japan is confused. Simple confusion can be tolerated, but intentional information fabrication is no way tolerable. The politics is something like outfoxing the foxes game. This shows how deep Japan's corruption is.

September 22, 2008 was August 23 according to the Japanese calendar. In fact, the Tokugawa shogunate set up the "Oniwaban" group of ninjas on August 23, 1716 in the Japanese calendar. The history of Okubo Toshimichi and his descendants can be that of Oniwaban.

September 28 is the birthday of Shimazu Nariakira, a prominent samurai lord in the 19th century.

One of the leaders of the LDP said on September 27 that Minister of Land,Infrastructure,Transport and Tourism Nariaki Nakayama decided to resign tomorrow. In the first place, it is strange to set a resignation date in advance, particularly in the case of a scandal. It is also strange for another politician discloses his resignation. Announcement of resignation is usually announced by the person's supervisor as replacement.

This day is the birthday of Nariakira Shimazu. His resignation was a pun for sure. Probably Nakayama's parents named him after the prominent lord. Maybe he was given the post just for creating the pun. It is almost impossible to tell the reason as Japan is an anything-goes country.
※ According to Wikipedia, the birthday of Nariakira Shimazu is April 28. But it is wrong. He was born on September 28, 1809. This mistake is really an exceptional one. Mistakes in Wikipedia are very rare in Japanese as well as in English.
His wife, Kyoko Nakayama, often appeared on the TV news as Special Advisor to the Prime Minister for the North Korean abduction issue. Unfortunately I received only eerie impression. Nariaki Nakayama was born in Kobayashi City in Miyazaki Prefecture, which the samurai lord once dominated

One More Conspiracy, a TV Program on that Day

On that day, a special TV samurai drama with the title of "Conspiracy of Yagyu Munenori" was re-televised for the first time in 30 years. Its TV advertisement was flamboyant so much.

Mumbai Attacks on "Tamil Eelam Heroes’ Day"

A series of ten coordinated terrorist attacks occurred across Mumbai, India's financial capital and largest city, on November 26, 2008. At least 151 people including at least six foreign nationals have been confirmed dead, and at least 327 have been injured. Both hotels occupied by terrorists were cleared and the terrorists were flushed out. Indian commandos stormed the Jewish center where the terrorists had held at least ten hostages. Five hostages were killed at the Jewish center.

As usual, the date had a special message. On November 27, 2008, the leader of the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE), made a speech in his annual Heroes’ Day ceremony. The battle between the Sri Lankan national army and the LTTE had been escalated. According to Japanese media, 120 LTTE guerillas were killed on 23 November. Although the LTTE seems to have nothing to do with the Mumbai attacks, the date shows compelling evidence about collusion between them.

Japanese tanker MV Stolt Valor was hijacked by Somali pirates on September 15. Two months later, the crew of the tanker were released after a ransom amount of up to 2.5 million dollars was paid. The tanker arrived at Mumbai port and some members of the Indian crew returned home on November 24.

On the other hand, BBC reported on November 19, that an Indian navy warship had destroyed a suspected Somali pirate vessel after coming under attack in the Gulf of Aden.

Mumbai attacks convey a strong message that these terrorists are controlled by the same global organization. These attacks convince not only the general public but also the terrorists supported by the organization, of the fact.

Excuse me, but let me stop here. I would like to talk about this story in detail later. I don't have enough time.

Foro de Sao Paulo

Some Japanese web sites explain Foro de Sao Paulo, but most of them give only suspicious information. But Japanese information has distinctive feature. There's no smoke without fire.

And I tried to know about the forum, but unfortunately there is no relevant Japanese Wikipedia. So I pick up some contents from English Wikipedia.

Foro de Sao Paulo
Brazil scrubs down its politics

Foro de Sao Paulo (FSP) is a conference of left-wing and nationalist political parties and social movements in Latin America and the Caribbean. The Forum was created by the Workers' Party (PT) of Brazil. Surprisingly enough, the party was created in accordance with Japan's National Foundation Day. In addition, the process was carefully adjusted in consideration of the time difference.

The party was founded on February 10 (Japan time: February 11), 1980, and was legally recognized on February 11 (Local time), 1980. There are quite a few similar examples including the Vatican's independence day.

Political Ideology: Democratic socialism, Social democracy
International Affiliation: Sao Paulo Forum

TSE Identification Number: 13

The Workers' Party is a left-wing political party in Brazil. The color of the party is red, and its symbol is a red "PT" star with the "PT" label in white. The flag of the party is an inverted white "PT" star on a red background.

Other well known members of the Worker's Party include: Frei Betto, Ana Julia Carepa, Marcelo Déda, Wellington Dias, Antônio Palocci Filho, Luiz Gushiken, Guido Mantega, Binho Marques, Aloízio Mercadante, Dilma Rousseff, Eduardo Suplicy and Marta Suplicy.

The party is recognized as one of the most important left-wing parties of Latin America.
History

It was officially founded by a group of intellectuals and workers in February 10, 1980 at Colegio Sion (Sion High School) in Sao Paulo. Brazil's current president, Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, was one of its founders, and is the most famous member of the party at the present time. Among others present at its founding were Henos Amorina, Djalma Bom, Wagner Benevides, Jacó Bittar, Apolônio de Carvalho, José Cicote, Manuel da Conceição, Olívio Dutra, Moacir Gadoti, Édson Khair, Mário Pedrosa, Henrique Santillo, Arnóbio Vieira da Silva, Lourin Martinho dos Santos, Paulo Skromov and Jaques Wagner.

The PT was legally recognized as a political party by Brazilian Electoral Superior Court on February 11, 1982.

Electoral history

Since 1990, the Worker's Party has grown in popularity on the national stage by winning elections in many important cities, like São Paulo and Porto Alegre (1988, 1992, 1996 and 2000), as well as in states like Rio Grande do Sul (1998). This winning streak culminated with the victory of its presidential candidate, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva in 2002, who succeeded President Fernando Henrique Cardoso of PSDB.

1994 general elections

Leading up to the 1994 general elections, Lula was the leading Presidential candidate in the majority of the media's polls. As a result, the centrist and right-wing parties openly united behind Fernando Henrique Cardoso. This strategy succeeded, and Cardoso won the election with 54%; Lula only received 27% of the vote. However, it has been noted that "the elections were not a complete disaster for the PT, which significantly increased its presence in Congress and elected for the first time two state governors."

2006 general elections

On October 29, 2006, the Workers' Party won 83 seats in the Chamber of Deputies and 11 seats in the Senate. Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva was re-elected with more than 60% of the votes, extending his position as President of Brazil until January 1, 2011.

The Workers' Party is now the second largest party in the Chamber of Deputies, the fourth largest party in the Senate, and has 5 state governorships.

Internal debate, 2003-2007

The relative changes in the political orientation of the PT, the Federal Government and Lula himself were well received by the majority of the population, but, as a historically more radical party, the PT has experienced a series of internal struggles with members who have refused to embrace the new political positions of the party. These struggles have fueled public debates, the worst of which had its climax in December 2003, when four dissident legislators" were expelled from the party for not following majority sanctioned political decisions. Among these members were congressman João Batista Oliveira de Araujo, and senator Heloísa Helena, who formed the Partido Socialismo e Liberdade in June 2004.

In a recent move, 112 members of the radical wing of the Party announced they were abandoning PT in the World Social Forum, in Porto Alegre, on January 30, 2005. They also published a manifesto entitled Manifesto of the Rupture that states that PT is no longer an instrument of social transformation, but only an instrument of the status quo, continuing with references to the IMF and other economic and social issues.

Political crises

The Mensalao scandal

In July 2005, members of the party suffered a sequence of corruption accusations, started by a deputy of PTB, Roberto Jefferson. Serious evidence for slush funding and bribes-for-votes has been presented, dragging PT to the most serious crisis in its history - known colloquially as the Mensalão. José Genoíno also resigned as president of the party and was replaced by Tarso Genro, former mayor of Porto Alegre.

A small minority of party members defected as a result of the crisis. Most of them went to P-SOL.

2006 electoral scandal

A new scandal unfolded in September 2006, just two weeks before general elections. As a result, Berzoni left the coordination of Lula's reelection after an alleged use of PT's budget to purchase, from a confessed fraudster, a dossier that would be used to attack political adversaries. On April 25, 2007, the Supreme Electoral Tribunal unanimously cleared Lula of any responsibility for this electoral scandal.

According to FSP's founders, Forum of São Paulo was constituted in 1990 when the Brazilian Workers' Party approached other parties and social movements of Latin America and the Caribbean with the objective of debating the new international scenario after the fall of the Berlin Wall, and the consequences of the implementation of neoliberal policies by governments in the region.

FSP leaders say that the conference's main objective is to argue for a popular and democratic alternative to neoliberalism.

The first meeting was in the city of Sao Paulo, Brazil, in July, 1990, in which 48 parties and social organizations from Latin American and the Caribbean participated. In 1991, in Mexico City, the meeting was named Foro de Sao Paulo, in reference to the location of the first meeting. Meetings were held, in sequence, in Managua, Havana, Montevideo, San Salvador, Porto Alegre, Mexico, Managua, Havana, Antigua Guatemala, Quito, Sao Paulo, and San Salvador.

Political stands According to FSP, more than 100 parties and political organizations participate in its conferences today. Their political positions vary across a wide spectrum, which includes: social-democratic parties, left-wing grass-roots labor and social movements inspired by the Catholic Church, ethnic and environmentalist groups, anti-imperialist and nationalist organizations, communist parties, and armed guerrilla forces.

These groups differ on a range of topics which go from the use of armed force in revolutions to the support of representative democracy. The Cuban Communist Party, for example, has adopted a single-party system for decades, while Brazil's Workers' Party (PT) supports and participates in a multiparty system. These differences grant special relevance to FSP's final declarations, released at the end of each conference, which state the collective position of its members.

Ever since FSP's first meeting (1990), the Declaration which was approved expressed the participants' "willingness to renew leftist and socialist thought, to reaffirm its emancipating character, to correct mistaken conceptions, and to overcome all expressions of bureaucratism and all absence of true social and massive democracy."

The first Declaration manifests "an active compromise with the validity of human rights, of democracy and of popular sovereignty as strategic values, which place the constant challenge of leftist, socialist and progressive forces renewing their thoughts and actions."

At the second conference (Mexico, 1991), FSP expanded its objectives to add the proposal of working toward Latin American integration, an interchange of experiences, the discussion of the political left's differences and searching for consensus in action. The following conferences reinstate the participants' willingness to exchange experiences and develop a dialogue, while at the regional and continental level FSP's influence grows, with some of its members achieving electoral success and their candidates reaching the presidency of many countries.

Criticism

According to Brazilian philosopher and conservative political pundit Olavo de Carvalho, the activities of the FSP amount to a continent-wide conspiracy to override national sovereignty, destroy democracy, and implement communism all over Latin America. Carvalho and the other writers of his online newspaper, Mídia Sem Máscara (English: Unmasked Media) frequently allege that certain members of the FSP, most notably the FARC, are, as the site's writers put it, "drug traffickers, terrorists, kidnappers".

Slush Funds of Soka Gakkai

Conspiracy theories are often criticized for its vulnerability. But, on the other hand, in the way of vindicating them, conspiriologists often argue that their critics often lack their own vindication about their justification. This is the point that authorities have the responsibility of vindicating their lawfulness. On this point, conspiriologists have less responsibility than the authorities have. In a sense, it is a matter of common knowledge. But everybody in Japan forgets this logic. Some Japanese have no compunction about their conspiracy.

In Japan, there is a variety of anti-conspiracy theories as well as conspiracy theories. But some theories are wrong. They are spread for the purpose of confusing the media and ordinary people. This web page is worth reading. There is so little appropriate information about Soka Gakkai. Instead, there are quite a few suspicious people and suspicious information. Under the circumstances, Soka Gakkai should prove that they are lawful. They are really hoped to make their case against the conspiracy theories.

Some Japanese sites indicate that Daisaku Ikeda, president of Soka Gakkai International, keeps and invests huge amount of money. Some dare to say that he offered one trillion yen (about ten billion dollars) to Foro de Sao Paulo. This is a Japanese web site describing the story. Unfortunately, I don't have enough time to translate it into English now. So, let me do so later.

The DAY of the Pearl Harbor Attack

Today marks the 67th anniversary of the Pearl Harbor attack. But both people, Americans and Japanese, have mixed feelings. On this day, President-elect Barack Obama has chosen retired Gen. Eric K. Shinseki to be the next Veterans Affairs secretary, turning to a former Army chief of staff once vilified by the Bush administration for questioning its Iraq war strategy. Obama said in his speech, "Nearly 70 years ago today, a date 'that will live in infamy', our harbor was bombed in Hawaii and our troops went off to war". But he didn't refer to the culprit, Japan.

I have picked up quite a few stories, but they are a little confusing. So, let me list up some of them here.

Japan's Conspiracy (98)

The Russo-Japanese War started with a surprise torpedo boat attack on the Russian ships at Port Arthur on February 8, 1904. At that time, a great fire was raging in Baltimore. The date of the Pearl Harbor attack, the eighth day of the twelfth month, was set, commemorating the eighth day of the second month.

Japan's Conspiracy (15-5)

For China, the Marco Polo Bridge Incident is much more important than the Pearl Harbor Attack.

Japan's Conspiracy (85-3)

Rokumeikan was built and used for creating prosperous Japan and strong Japanese army. When they thought that their goal was achieved, it was demolished a year before the Pearl Harbor Attack.

Japan's Conspiracy (8)

The real purpose was to collect money freely from workers until they retire. The Japanese pension system was implemented when the Japanese navy attacked Pearl Harbor in Hawaii.

Japan's Conspiracy (85-5)

A Jewish-and-Korean-Japanese was taken advantage of as the foreign minister at the Pearl Harbor Attack.

Japan's Conspiracy (44-1)

Yoko Ono was sent to the US for revenge. On the day of the Pearl Harbor Attack, John Lennon was killed.

Japan's Conspiracy (97)

The crash of Japan Airlines Flight 123 was a pun relating to the date of the Pearl Harbor Attack. Kyu Sakamoto was born two days after the attack.

Japan's Conspiracy (124)

The association of crime victims and surviving families is cheering supporters for the police.

Victim participation trial system started on December 1. As this system seems to include some serious problems, let me introduce some information here.

A war victim organization, Global Alliance, demands redress of Japan's war history. But unfortunately there is little Japanese information about it. If you say that Japan did atrocities in foreign countries in the past, you will say that it must have done them in its own territory. Lack of protest within Japan never means lack of atrocities. Instead, lack of protest indicates perfect coercion. I hope that activists against Japan's past atrocities will see the past and current Japan's atrocities, too.

If you want to know the reality of the victims' association, you can visit or call its branch office. Actually, their offices are located in lawyer's offices. And such lawyers are usually friends of the police. Their actual related facilities may be only telephones.

I thought that the victims' association was the organization that could deal with wide range of crime sufferings including those the police fail to investigate. However I was surprised when I telephoned them. They said that they didn't get involved in affairs which the police did not investigate.

Particularly about organized stalking and harassment, they ignore the crimes just because the police declare that they are not crimes.

In short, the victims' organization is cheering supporters for the police and the court. But in some situations, it goes so far as to promote miscarriage of justice in the court.

Nowadays, when organized stalkers are protested, they call the police for help and the police join the harassment. Their goal is to take the victims to the court and to return a verdict against them with fake victims and fake citizen-judges. They want to clap innocent but outspoken people into prison as they once did during World War II.

For many years, I have been wondering where the final dictates came from. But now I am convinced that the Japanese General Headquarters after World War II has been located in the court. For many years I was forced to do jobs related to the court in a company. It was never a coincidence. The court wanted to put me under surveillance. When I became an adult, I was skeptical about the Japanese society. I personally and secretly wanted to investigate the truth. But, in reality, my intention was completely read by the security police.

One of my family members was forced to quit a company she worked for. And she began to work at an office as requested by her acquaintance. But the office was related to the fire department and was located between the police headquarters and the court. She was bullied again and she broke down. When I think back the events, it was obvious that they were a put-up job by the police. But unfortunately we were too busy and naive to imagine that we had been framed.
Don't Do Crime in Japan!

Advertisement action by the victims of the technology crime and the gang stalking in Osaka Japan English subtitles version.

Isao Okamura(Lawyer, Head, National Association of Victims of Crime and Surviving Families

Hiroshi Motomura, a founding member of the victims' association

Fortunately or unfortunately, I realized the fact. But I know that quite a lot of people have been trapped for quite a long period of time not only in Japan but also in the world.

I analyzed why I couldn't see through the trick and I reached a conclusion. Our conversation at home has been completely wiretapped. I was told that the only solution was to rebuild my house. I remember that construction workers were somewhat doubtful. And it is easy for the police who completely control the constructors to wiretap a house.

They are always checking how much their harassment is working and whether the victims realize their trick or not. When things begin being revealed, they suddenly stop their harassment or change the circumstances. So, their trick is rarely revealed.

I don't say that all the people in the victims' association in Japan are corrupt. But if they assume some authority with the police and the court, they should disclose their information. Generally speaking, victims and victims' family members want to reveal their privacy. They really want people to know the fact. Unless they do so, they may be eyed with suspicion.

In this situation, I can't trust the association. I have been deceived by similar organizations time and time again. If they say that they are human beings' association, they have to listen to voices of people bullied by the police and to give comments. In addition, they must show their own flag, for or against the police, once innocent people protest the police.

Finally, this association is completely supported by the government, which wants to continue the capital punishment system as the tool of silencing outspoken people.

The Same Timing and the Same Style

On December 14, 2008, US President George Bush made a surprise visit to Iraq. But it has been overshadowed by an incident in which two shoes were thrown at him during a news conference with Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri Maliki. An Iraqi journalist called Mr. Bush "a dog" and threw his footwear, just missing the president. President Bush ducked as the shoes were thrown.

In Arab culture, showing the soles of shoes to someone is a sign of contempt. The journalist shouted "this is a goodbye kiss from the Iraqi people, dog," before hurling a shoe. He was then wrestled to the ground by security personnel and hauled away.

"If you want the facts, it's a size 10 shoe that he threw," Mr. Bush joked afterwards.
Bush Dodges Shoes Thrown
by Iraqi Journalist image

The man who threw the shoes is Muntadhar al-Zaidi, an Iraqi broadcast journalist who serves as a correspondent for Iraqi-owned, Egyptian-based Al-Baghdadia TV. He had been kidnapped by unknown assailants in Baghdad. He had been also previously twice arrested by the United States armed forces serving in Iraq.

Exactly Following the Japanese Style Terrorism

Playing down the incident, the president later said, "I don't know what the guy's cause is...."

Japanese style terrorism is often hard to understand. In my case, it took more than 20 years to know that troubles around me had something to do with organized people. I believe that the journalist's strategy was created by some Japanese. Nowadays, it is revealed that Japan has instructed mobilized people to do their jobs up to every detail. Though their stories are a bit complicated, let me explain them briefly.
(1) Attacking the Enemy when He Shows His Back or Jumping on the Wagon

This strategy is frequently seen from attacks on individuals to state-supported terrorism. Let me explain later some examples I remember. Conspicuous examples are those in the Philippines and Spain. Stalkers around me obviously use this strategy.

When I go shopping in the mall, organized stalkers always appear. But they intensify their harassment just when I leave the mall, particularly around the cashier and in the parking area. They want to show that they win and I lose. They want to say that I left the mall just because I was afraid of their harassment and I wanted to get away from them. But, to tell the truth, I left the mall just because I finished shopping.

(2) Targeting the Person's Head upon Physical Attacking

You may laugh, but I have been wounded in the head several times since I was a child. Each time I wondered why I myself had to be involved in such an accident. Most of them were injuries inflicted by others. They were seemingly accidental injury, but now I believe that they were well-planned conspiracies. As far as I remember, I have got injured in the head 7 or 8 times.

One of my family members died of cerebral infarction after getting injured. A senior high school student of the neighborhood had thrown a hard ball at the back on her head. I am going to explain a little about the story later. But strangely enough, those attackers rarely miss their target. They are something like professional baseball pitchers.

This time, the Iraqi journalist really pitched strikes.

Olympic Games, the Ultimate Goal of Conspiracy (1)

I have been taking up Olympic issues with regard to conspiracy. And I gradually noticed an increasing number of Olympic topics. In some cases, conspiracy stories are always connected to the Olympic Games. On this page, I talk about Olympic Day on June 23. It is recommended to read beforehand the previous page, which this page is following.

Air India Flight 182

Not a few plots have been revealed, yet questions come out one after another.

  1. Why was Canadian airport chosen as a venue for terrorism?
  2. Why did the explosion occur around 7 o'clock in the morning?
  3. Why was Indian airplane exploded by Indians?
  4. Why did another explosion occur also in Japan?
  5. Why did the explosion in Japan occur one hour earlier?
My seat-of-the-pants approach to the Olympic Games gave me a surprising clue to the plane explosion. No doubt the explosion occurred on the Olympic Day. But Canada won 10 gold medals in the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles. It was never an ordinary record for Canada.

The plane explosion was no coincidence.

Canadian athletes were special in 1984. Why did Canadian athletes suddenly become strong? In fact, countries have different tactics to boost their national prestige.

Canada hosted the 1976 Olympic Games in Montreal. But the result was devastating. Even though Canada was the host nation, it won no gold medals. In fact, sports in Canada were based on the spirit of amateurism. Athletes trained themselves mostly on weekends at their cost. Under such circumstances, it was natural that Canada couldn't win. But Canada was never to blame for it. Countries promoting sports with a lot of money and manpower including Japan are to blame.

But Canada changed its attitude. It began to promote sports as part of the national project. The result was outstanding. But the national promotion could not completely explain the cause of Canada's 10 gold medals. There was a corrupt practice behind the scene in some other countries.

Exchange of Boycott between Western and Eastern Blocks

For some bureaucratic countries, Olympic Games are
not diplomatic issues but domestic problems. The first thing is to boost national pride. Those countries don't want major countries to participate in the Olympic Games. If possible they want major countries to boycott the Olympics. In the Olympics some major countries win most of the medals.

In the 1980 Olympic Games in Moscow, Western countries boycotted them as part of a package of actions to protest the Soviet war in Afghanistan. Canada joined the boycott. Consequently, Eastern countries boycotted the next 1984 Olympic Games in Los Angeles, which brought unprecedented windfall to Canada.

Generally speaking, in some Olympic sports, athletes in communist countries are stronger than Canadian athletes who would be able to win many medals without them. In the 1984 Olympic Games, where many stronger eastern athletes disappeared, Canada suddenly showed its unprecedented strength. Maybe the Canadian government's promotion worked. But probably the revelation of doping practice in eastern countries helped Canada to some extent.
In the 1980s, Eastern countries including the former Soviet Union and East Germany were systematically doping their athletes. Some of their world records have not been broken so far.
Records of doped athletes were so amazing that ordinary athletes won medals more easily once doped athletes disappear.

But as you see the comparison of the number of medals, Japan and France could not enjoy the benefit from the Eastern countries' boycott. There is more to it than that. They were easily defeated by Canada. It was beyond their expectation. But there is no doubt that they expected Canada would advance in the Olympic games unless they devise a countermeasure.

In hindsight, the cause and effect between the Soviet war in Afghanistan and the subsequent boycott of the Olympic Games was opposite. The Olympic Games were boycotted due to the Afghan War. But the former Soviet Union had deliberately invaded Afghanistan just to provoke the boycott of the Olympic Games from major countries.

For the Soviet Union, American athletes with the gold medal, the billowing Stars and Stripes and the music of the Star-Spangled Banner were none other than the nightmare. So, the Soviet Union invaded Afghanistan quietly on December 24, 1979, seven months before the Olympic Games in Moscow, when people all over the world were in a festive mood on Christmas Eve.

Russia made the same mistake again during the Olympic Games in Beijing this year. Russia invaded South Ossetia and France poked its nose into the conflict.
From the 1940 Tokyo Olympic Games to the 1964 Tokyo Olympic Games

The Olympic Games are often accompanied by wars. Japan's response to the hosting of the 1940 Olympic Games was heavily tainted by wars in which Japan drew on all of its military, economy and politics, from the bidding process to the cancel.

In a word, Japan created the Great Depression in 1929 and began to try to realize its perfect Olympic Games.

(Japan invited a Swedish industrial and sports official, Sigfrid Edstrom, to Japan in 1929. He met a Japanese sports leader and discussed the possibility of the Olympic Games in Tokyo. Suddenly Tokyo gathered momentum for hosting the Olympic Games. Edstrom became IOC vice-president in 1931 and president in 1945.)
However, Hitler achieved an economic miracle and the most powerful status in the 1936 Olympic Games in Berlin. Germany won the most gold medals.

Japan exhausted options. Japan failed to develop major players. Japan gave up hosting the 1940 Olympics in Tokyo at last. Japan deliberately provoked the war against China in 1937. Tokyo was stripped of its host status for the Games by the IOC in 1938. The IOC then awarded the Games to Helsinki, Finland.

Japan walked a fine diplomatic line, but it failed. Japan wanted China and major Olympic countries including US and UK to boycott the Olympic Games in Tokyo. Germany and Italy were no problem. They accepted fixed games (speculation on Nishi). China had been participating in the Games since 1932. There had been earlier calls in the United States and Britain to boycott the Tokyo Olympics, in protest of Japan's aggression in China.

Things seemed to turn out as Japan wished. But it was too late. Japan went too far. The whole world community seemed to boycott the Tokyo Olympics. Japan canceled the Olympics.

But Japan was going to celebrate the 2,600th anniversary of the foundation of the empire. The year of 1940 was an extremely important year for Japan. Instead, Tokyo was going to host the East Asian Games on a grand scale in a solemn and traditional way. Seven hundred athletes from Japan, Manchukuo, occupied China, Thailand, the Philippines, and Hawaii were going to participate. But Japan couldn't allow Helsinki to hold more splendid Olympics than the Tokyo Olympics.

Japan asked Hitler to advance German army to the North in 1939. But the army didn't reach Helsinki. Then Japan asked Stalin to invade Finland. The Soviet Union invaded Finland soon after. Finally Finland gave up the Olympics.

But the problem didn't stop there. London was going to host the 1944 Olympics. German air force bombed London heavily in 1940. London canceled the 1944 Olympics in a quagmire. German attack on the UK was very important for Japan. Japan was going to attack Hong Kong and Singapore. Isolating the British fleet was critical for Japan to win. For sure, Hitler stopped bombing London halfway when Hong Kong and Singapore fell. Japan's conspiracy worked very well. Japan fished in troubled waters. But to tell the truth it was a foregone conclusion.

In the end, World War II helped Japan buy time and sabotage the Olympic games. After the end of World War II, only Japan had achieved high economic growth in Asia. But when we look back the circumstances around Japan, all the things including Korean War and Socialist transformation under Mao Zedong in China benefited Japan. Considering the economic miracle in China, 20 years of economic stagnation was unusual. The division of Germany in 1949 also benefited Japan. After all, Japan was ranked third after the US and the Soviet Union in the number of medals in the 1964 Tokyo Olympic Games.

The plane's explosion occurred in the next year of the Los Angeles Olympics on Olympic day. The flight identification number was 182, which was two times 91. That day marked the 91st anniversary of the creation of the IOC.

Why did Air India Flight 182 explode at 7 o'clock in the morning?

Japan's terrorism includes a lot of insinuation. Date information is an important factor in the insinuation. But the date insinuation on the global scale is really complicated. But let me talk later about the reason why the insinuation is necessary.

The problem is the change of date. Different regional dates in the news and the historical record weaken the effect of the insinuation. So, in the Japanese terrorism, some hours are chosen, particularly hours when related countries are included in the same date zone. For example, when Europe and Japan are related, hours between 6 AM and 1 PM in standard time are chosen. But let me examine later each of these cases, and let me pick up some examples here.

event date local time GMT related countries
Air India Flight 182 1985/6/23 7 AM 7 AM Japan France Canada
Japan Airlines Flight 123 1985/8/12 7 PM 7 AM Japan US

7 July 2005 London bombings 2005/7/7 9 AM 9 AM UK Japan China
2008 Sichuan earthquake 2008/5/12 2 PM 6 AM Japan China France

On the other hand, when related countries are located in a certain area, the time for terrorism is not considered. Change of date occurs at midnight in local time.

Will democracy come back to Bangladesh?

The general election took place on December 29, 2008. The voter turnout of 80 percent was the highest in the history of Bangladeshi elections.

The election resulted in a landslide victory for the Awami League-led grand alliance, led by Sheikh Hasina, which won more than two thirds of the seats. The main rival four-party alliance led by the Bangladesh Nationalist Party received only 32 seats.

The Ganges Basin was a flourishing agricultural area with its fertile soil. Bangladesh is called "Golden Bengal", an expression also mentioned in its national anthem. However, since its independence from Pakistan in 1971, Bangladesh has been beset by bloody coups and counter-coups.

The restoration of democracy in 1991 has been followed by stability and economic progress to some extent. But terrorism and corruption still plagues this country.

Two hundred thousand electoral observers, including 2,500 from outside Bangladesh, monitored the elections for free and fair nature.

Hasina promised to take appropriate measures, if her party was voted to power, to address the problems facing the locals, including water and electricity shortages. Hasina's father, Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, was assassinated on August 15, 1975. On the very day, the then Japanese Prime Minister Takeo Miki blatantly visited Yasukuni Shrine. He became the first postwar prime minister to visit Yasukuni on Aug. 15, the most contentious day. When Japanese prime ministers visit Yasukuni Shrine, disasters often occur in foreign countries.

Though the election result doesn't allow premature conclusions, I hope that things will go well in Bangladesh.

Definition of Family Origin (2)

On the page 29-4, I described a confusing translation between English and Japanese. Since then, I have often been examining the usage of the Japanese word "monchi" or "門地" on the Internet search engine. But I have not found any irregular usage of the word. However, I found another confusing usage today on the site of AFP News. So, let me talk about it here.

The word "家柄" is not used in the government document.

The word "Iegara" or "家柄" means exactly "a person's birth or family origin" but is not used in the government document. Instead, the word "monchi", which is very old and is rarely used in daily life, is invariably used. On the other hand, the word "monchi" is never used in education and mass communication. As a result, most people don't understand the real meaning of the law that includes the term "monchi". It is the control of information by using almost inexplicable words. It has particularly bad effects in translation.
Tokugawa Family Crest

This abuse of language is very serious. But it is just the tip of the iceberg and the conspiracy of the Japanese government is so profound.

Universal Declaration of Human Rights

(from the site of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan)

Article 2

Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status.

The table below is the Japanese explanation of "birth". The site is one of the most popular online English Japanese dictionaries.

英辞郎(on line Japanese English dictionary)

birth
【名】
1.出生、出産、分娩、誕生◆【略】b
2.家系
・Birth is much, but breeding is more. : 家柄よりも育てられ方が大切。/氏より育ち。
3.起源

------------------
As this dictionary shows, the word "birth" is translated into Japanese words as "出生", "家系" and "家柄". But I don't see any translations, except for government documents, that include translation into "門地".

The result of the Google search engine on January 8, 2009

"良い家柄" (good family origin,) 6,620

"良い門地" (good family origin) 3
------------------
As this search result shows, the word "門地" is already a dead word. Without reconsidering the basic usage of words in official documents through administrative and legislative measures, the government messages themselves will be dead.

Why was Air India Flight 182 bombed by Indians?

The shortest way to establish a clear picture of the terrorism conspiracy is to try to plan terrorism as if we were terrorists. Then we can see the true nature of terrorism. Here, let me summarize the points.
1. Purpose
to inflict a hard blow on the target, physically and psychologically.
to frame third parties up for the terrorism and drive a wedge between them.
2. Feature
to attempt a perfect crime without evidence.
to include hidden messages that can be understood only by their groups.

Initial Stage of Terrorism

When we closely examine airplane terrorism, we see steady progress in tactics on the terrorism by terrorists as well as security measures by the authorities. At that time, however, countermeasures against terrorism were lukewarm and so much so that terrorism was rough.
Air India Flight 182

Inderjit Singh Reyat
the only person convicted of involvement in the bombing

In the 1980s, time bombs were frequently used in the terrorism. Suicide terrorism tactics were not yet fully developed. But the time bomb attack had a serious defect. If the time bomb failed to explode as planned, the device and the explosive will be easily seized later by the authority and the terrorists will be easily identified.

So, in Air India Flight 182, terrorists chose a tactic in which, should the time bomb fail to explode, the bomb will be easily recollected at the arrival airport (Fortunately or unfortunately, the bomb exploded).

At that time, security check at the airport was not very strict. But the security check at the international flight boarding gate was for sure stricter than that at the domestic flight boarding gate. On the other hand, terrorism on international airlines had more extensive impact than that on domestic ones. Psychological impact on governments was huge. So, terrorists chose the Air India flight that included domestic and international flight. Of course, other airlines included such flights. But airport security in India seems to have been particularly loose. There was no problem in recovering the unexploded time bomb at Mumbai airport.

Canada, India, the UK and France share some historical conflicts. Some French colonies including Canada and India were wrested by the UK through repeated colonial wars.

Not only Canada but also the UK marked outstanding records in the 1984 Summer Olympics. The UK won 37 medals, the most medals in the past 60 years. That is the reason why Canada, India and the UK were targeted.

In addition, France maintained Gaullism in which France should not have to rely on any foreign country for its survival and in which France should refuse subservience to any foreign power, be it the United States or the Soviet Union. But, in reality, it is clear that France always has maintained pro-Russian attitude.

There is a good but bizarre example. Former French President Jacques Chirac was born on November 29, 1932. On that day, Soviet and France concluded a non-aggression treaty. It is never a coincidence. Sometimes politicians are chosen and educated and trained to become national leaders. Japan is the center of that kind of conspiracy.

Agent Provocateurs and Imitative Deception

In Japan, agent provocation and imitative deception are nothing new. Japanese are familiar with the ninja, but most developed countries do not have such complicated history of conspiracy. So, Japan's conspiracy strategy worked very well in a sense. It can be said that the terrorists in this case were prepared for the deception.

Hidden Messages

Hidden messages are very important for Japanese terrorism. Let me explain some basic tactics.
  1. The terror is often insinuated beforehand to some targeted people. Consequently, the targeted people may suspect that the person who insinuated the terror has something to do with the terrorists. This insinuation may increase the psychological impact of the terror. The insinuation itself can not be legally punished.

  2. This insinuation is also used for recruiting a new terrorist member. The recruited people may believe that the recruiter is a member of the large terrorist network. This tactic is very useful on promising the future payment.

  3. Persons concerned are instilled with a wrong idea that the ultimate headquarters are the intelligence organization of an enemy nation such as the CIA or the FBI of the US. Sometimes, terrorist members themselves are deceived. Under such circumstances, facts are rarely clarified, even if some of them are captured.

  4. These hidden messages are particularly necessary to avoid unnecessary misunderstanding. When terrorists inform their leaders or comrades of their successful attacks, they need such vindication. Because terrorist attacks and accidents are often seemingly confusing. And because, even if these attacks are recognized as terrorist attacks, sometimes nobody knows who did the attacks.
